4.1 Where did the Dot-com of HCG-Int pop up from in 2012!?
1. The Stage Close of HCG Dot-com
1.1 Where did the Dot-com of HCG go to in 2012?
By all accounts in 2012 ‘Healthcare Communications Group’ reported ‘discontinuation’ was related to the Elephant Capital £5M / 60% divestment loss of their globalisation partner Clintec International. This is explained in HCG Part 1 ‘The Communication House Doorway to the Elephant in the Room’.1
Indeed, at this time, the Kilpatricks’ got to sucessfully continue in their ‘one speciality’ of recruiting patients to clinical trials by turning their pharma ‘ex-clients’ into ‘donors’ and their ‘marketing’ into ‘Public Service Announcements’ through a not-for-profit instead. This is explained in Ribbons for Research Part 2 ‘The Philanthropic Marketing Muso’2 & concluding section on ‘How do PSAs work?’3 :
PSA CHECKLIST: Campaign must involve a legitimate non-profit organisation. The PSA cannot include any mention or referral to a commercial sponsor.
What is not so clear, are which ‘private equity firm’ &or company HCG ‘assets’ were broken up for and privately sold to in 2012. In 2010, these ‘assets’ that had been pumped up and brought to the table of the Clintec partnership and future IQVIA aquisition were described as:
- Insights derived from first-party sources, our database of 8,000 investigator sites, prior study experiences and our KOL [Key Opinion Leader] network. - International “turnkey” recruitment expertise spans the full range of clinical therapeutic areas, from acute diseases to chronic afflictions.
In Feb 2013, Frank Kilpatrick, Founder & CEO of HCG a ‘$20M business services company’, recognised:4
Lewis Stanton5 navigated our Company [HCG] through a difficult phase, while taking on the role of Interim General Manager. In the end, it is results that matter, and Stanton Associates' delivered to the shareholders a realized value which was significantly greater than expected.
Indeed Stanton Associates ‘Management Consultants’ Managing Partner specialises in exit planning for the ‘clean’ sale of middle-market companies from a background:
With Arthur Andersen moved to Los Angeles [from UK]. Ran [Arthur Andersen] capital markets practice in the US Southwest. Member of [Arthur Andersen] firmwide Mergers & Acquistions team. [Under] an ultra-high net worth business owner and client developed a methodology for success.. turnaround CEO of troubled companies.
Team members currently listed at Stanton include Australian & mandarin speaking Garry Willinge residing in Hong Kong with a background in IBM Asia Pacific and European business unit leadership roles, over a period of 30 years. Acheivements listed include full responsibility for the business development and overall management of the consulting and services business in IBM China/HK Ltd, Director, Information Technology and Sydney Olympic Games 2000, other international positions for IBM including an assignment with IBM Germany and the coveted IBM Chairman’s award in 2000.
Coincidentally, it was another ‘HCG’ namesake called ‘HCG Holdings’ with it’s ‘Huron Consulting Group’ company full of ex-Arthur Andersons that scooped up and parked hcg dot-com without displaying a new &or updated registrant. At this time, Huron had just commenced annual Healthcare CEO forums to address an AI-led future of healthcare where Watson—IBM’s supercomputer and “Jeopardy” champion is forseen as a definitive consultation resource, available to every patient, physician, and nurse. In 2013 Huron also writes about the future utilisation of big data in healthcare through ‘KOL networks’.
ICANN lookup for hcg dot-com has it created on 4 April 2001 and current registrant as ‘Huron Consulting Group Inc’ of ‘550 W Van Burent St Chicago, IL’. Indeed on wayback for 22 Nov 2012 the ‘Healthcare Communications Group’ discontinued notice appears on hcg dot-com with a hcg_website_03.jpg that contains Hurons’ web page links with their 2013 ‘Huron Consulting Group’ copywrite. By a 1 April 2013 archive, hcg dot-com has all requests redirecting to huronconsultinggroup dot-com.:
HCG / Stanton management most likely transferred the domain and thus registrant particulars to Huron Consulting Group at this time, as of course, Huron were not a registered entity until 2002. Huron is subsequently logged here as all these coincidences are ‘on point’ regarding these ‘HCG assets’ and their relevance to the ‘sound of vox doc’.
2.1 Why create Huron ‘Consulting Group’ post Enron in 2002?
Huron ‘Consulting Group’ web domain was created in March 2002 and the business is listed in Delaware and California business searches as: - 19 Mar 2002 Huron Consulting Group (Delaware 3504093) - 19 Mar 2002 Huron Consulting Group Holdings (Delaware 4125069) - 26 Nov 2002 Huron Consulting Group LCC (Delaware) (CA 200234110008 Agent - CT Corporation System), In their subsequent May 2002 press release headlined ‘Former Andersen Partners Form Huron Consulting Group’ it notes:
Twenty-five partners and 250 other professionals from Arthur Andersen LLP, as well as senior executives from other leading firms, have joined to create Huron Consulting Group. The firm [is] the largest group of professionals to date to emerge from Andersen as an independent company, Its growth has been funded by a significant equity commitment led by Lake Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm.
At the time, in October 2001, Arthur Anderson had just gone through dissolution as the 1 of the ‘big 5’ accounting firms in the ‘Enron Scandal’ with the Enron bankruptcy filing cited as the biggest audit failure.
In July 2002 Crain’s Chicago Business reports of Lake Capital equity investor:
The logo on Terence M. Graunke's business card depicts a small fish trying to swallow a big one.
A 2004 Beneficial Ownership Securities for Huron Consulting Group Inc [HURN] lists HCG Holdings Llc, Lake Partners Llc, Lake Capital Investment Partners Lp, Lake Capital Management Llc, Lake Capital Partners Lp, Graunke Terence M and Yovovich Paul at the address ‘676 N. Michigan Av Suite 3900 Chicago IL’. The 2005 Schedule 13G for ‘Huron Consulting Group Inc’ filed by ‘HCG Holdings’ classifies it under ‘Services - Management Consulting Services’ at the address ‘550 West Van Buren St, Chicago IL’.
What a lot of fishing going on in Chicago!:

In 2014, Terence Graunke of Lake Capital takes the helm of ‘The Engine Group’ in the UK and steers, disrupts and transforms before resigning in 2018. Following in the footsteps (or fins?) of this ‘HCG Holdings’ little fish leads to ‘ENGINE mhp mischief’ and their PR polarisation of the #NetworkedAge. This is logged next in the ‘sound of Vox Doc’ across the pond. How apt would it be if straight from this horses fishes mouth answers Jurassic Carl’s most apt question of 2024?:
How can MHP, under this ’Mischief for AstraZeneca’ program have BOTH AstraZeneca AND ITV as clients AND have doctors like Dr Ranj & Dr Nighat pushing AstraZeneca vaccines ON ITV?! archive.is/2024.05.02-095… archive.is/mIxaI

2.2 How did Huron Invent the Future of Healthcare from 2012?
In 2009 Huron, a ‘management consulting firm,’ appointed founding member Jim Roth as CEO to lead the healthcare ‘transformation’. J Roth, with a background in their health and higher education segments, held ‘invite only’ annual ‘Healthcare CEO Forums’ from this time. These were predominantly comprised of major hospital chain CEO’s and discussed such lofty ambitions as ‘Inventing the Future of Healthcare’ in 2012. A copyright footnote on the 2015 forum report ‘Meeting the Challenges of Change’ emphasizes that Huron are neither an accounting &or a law firm.
This 2015 forum was held in New Orleans on the 10 year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina specifically to learn from their leaders on how ‘crisis creates alignment’.:
1) From crisis comes opportunity. 2) Never underestimate the power of the human spirit and the will to win. 3) The greatest achievements happen when people unite with common purpose for the greater good.
The Huron Life Science’s ‘Understanding customer behavior and making strategic decisions utilizing ‘Big Data’6 from 2013 is key to understanding the importance of this PR / influence operation of medical communications utilising healthcare data for sales and marketing. It is a concise step by step tech guide on how to aggregate KOL databases (think HCG KOL Network partnered with Clintec-IQVIA from Part 1/3) with other previously siloed data in this ‘big data era’ compliantly! And as afforded, at the time, by the recent ‘Sunshine Act’, the ‘Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act’ and advances in analytical tools to handle large data volumes. These are addressed as:
1) Impact of Sunshine Act regulations on commercial activity 2) HIPAA concerns 3) Compliance controls over enterprise data 4) Cross-channel challenges
The data is there for the taking, and with care, it can be gathered and analyzed without violating privacy restrictions. Gold mine of information about how their [pharma] products are being talked about and used.:
2013 Understanding customer behavior and making strategic decisions utilizing ‘Big Data’ Fig 1 & 2 huronconsultinggroup.com
In the time of COVID-19, Huron’s Fanny Ip understands that
Generative AI allows systems to take care further by synthesizing relevant care information from many sources to expediate better-informed care decisions.
Which quite frankly is AI gibberish for all of humanities woes of the last 10+ years of ‘healthcare’.
3.1 Why Engineer Competition and Cooperation in Society and Cells?
The keynote address for the 4th annual Huron Healthcare CEO forum in 2013 was for ‘Insights in Achieving Healthcare Transformation’ given by Peter Diamandis, founder and CEO of the X PRIZE Foundation. P Diamandis is promoted by Huron ‘as working in industries outside healthcare’. In a subsequent interview with President Clinton at the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) in 2014, P Diamandis explains it’s purpose:
X prize utilises incentive competitions to increase the rate of technological innovations by balancing competition (between teams) and cooperation (within teams) [As] applied to’moonshot’ challenges.
In this 2013 address to hospital CEO’s, P Diamandis sums up very succinctly the future ‘disruption forces’ about to be unleashed on ‘healthcare’ and warns regulatory systems will have to think creatively or be restrained by an outdated system.:
AI: Watson—IBM’s supercomputer and “Jeopardy” champion.. become the definitive consultation resource, available to every patient, physician, and nurse for the cost of electricity. AI: Turn smartphones into diagnostic devices, reducing the need for doctor office visits. Robotics: - helping the elderly perform daily activities -robotic surgery will change operating rooms. Crowdsourcing: Global connectedness will give patients new power—including the ability to post their genome or their hospital bill on the web and get the most advanced, expert advice. 3D Printing: This technology has massive potential to disrupt manufacturing. 3D printing will soon have a major impact on healthcare.
Indeed in Diamandis’s Disruptive 2015 blog he conjures up the powers of IBM Watson again:
Johnson & Johnson is teaching IBM Watson to read and understand scientific papers that detail clinical trial outcomes. Even Apple is partnering with IBM Watson to provide access to health data from mobile apps.
In 2022, this P Diamandis thread compares progress from 1922 with 2022 for things like electricity, telephones and life expectancy before listing the 2022 health breakthroughs as
- Novel malaria vaccine developed by Oxford University - two highly-effective malaria mRNA vaccines developed by GW University - mRNA-based experimental influenza vaccine - grow mouse embryos in a lab without the use of sperm, egg, or a womb by Scientists from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel - Moderna’s experimental cancer vaccine, mRNA-4157/V940 [combo with] Merck’s immunotherapy, Keytruda reduced the risk of recurrence or death by 44% from melanoma during Phase 2 clinical trials.
In 2021, P Diamandis’s new company ‘Vaxxinity Inc’ acquired biotech from older companies previously in the animal vaccine business who were running human-centric spinouts from the Cayman Islands, Ireland, Hong Kong & Taiwan.:
Vaxxinity is a newly formed entity merging United Neuroscience and COVAXX, both spinouts of the United Biomedical [UBI] Group. Democratise Health by harnessing the power of the immune system.

This is as per ‘Vaxxinity, Inc. Prospectus Filed Pursuant to Rule 424(b)(4) Registration No.: 333-260163 Class A Common Stock’7 dated November 11, 2021 and their first ‘Annual report pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021’.8
Our Vaxxine Platform utilizes a peptide vaccine technology first developed by UBI [United Biomedical] and subsequently refined over the last two decades, with more than three billion doses of animal vaccines sold to date. UBI initiated the development of this technology for human use; the business focused on human use was then separated from UBI through two separate transactions: a spin-out from UBI in 2014 of operations focused on developing chronic disease product candidates that resulted in United Neuroscience, a Cayman Islands exempted company (“UNS”), and a second spin-out from UBI in 2020 of operations focused on the development of a COVID-19 vaccine that resulted in C19 Corp., a Delaware corporation (“COVAXX”). Our current company, Vaxxinity, Inc., was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on February 2, 2021 for the purpose of acquiring UNS and COVAXX in March of 2021.
Subsidiaries of Vaxxinity, Inc. are listed as:
C19 Corp. Delaware Covaxx Brasil Ltda. Brazil Trinity Property Group II, LLC Texas United Neuroscience Cayman Islands United Neuroscience Limited Hong Kong United Neuroscience Limited Ireland United Neuroscience Limited, Taiwan Branch Taiwan United Neuroscience, LLC Delaware UNS IP Holdings, LLC Delaware
Martin Doran as V/P of Finance at United Neuroscience in Ireland in 2017 (including strategic / management roles with Pfizer Australia / Dublin, Oracle, Mylan) may have more idea of the PO Box adress of this Cayman Island subsidary than search engines. A search returned ‘PO BOX 2681’ at ‘KY1-1104’ that a further search corrects to ‘KY1-1111’ used by Conyers agents at Cricket Square.
Vaxxinity is very much a family affair where CEO ‘Mei Mei Hu’ is the daughter of ‘Dr Chang Yi Wang’ (scientific advisory board and founder of UBI) and wife of Louis Reese (Executive Chairman).:
Ms. Hu, Mr. Reese, one of their affiliates and UBI are party to the Voting Agreement.
2021 Nov Vaxxinity Inc Prospectus
In 2019 Wired reported that back in 2010 Mei Mei Hu, a consultant at McKinsey took a sabbatical to help her mother’s company in Taiwan where she partnered off non-core assets, spun out some departments, and focused on the part of the business that had the most potential. Wired also discussed UBI ‘Endobody vaccines’ as being very rare, with only four approved for the market, two for cancer and two for animal healthcare – one of which was developed by Chang Yi Wang in 2003 to completely block the production of testosterone in the body and is currently used as a method of pig castration.:
It’s like a teenager’s worst nightmare, most men find their partner’s parents intimidating. My mother literally developed a drug that can cause men’s testicles to shrivel up and disappear.
In a Bloomberg report also from 2019 Reese really does not sound that perturbed:
My mother-in-law actually invented something that Harry Potters your balls and makes them disappear.
Bloomberg discusses United Neuroscience’s small Phase II trial targeting ‘Tau’ against Alzheimer’s (including repeated or significant head injuries) and the family’s big realization that the same technology breakthroughs that made the animal vaccines work so well could likely be applied to humans.
Chang Yi Wang, PhD | Founder, Chairperson and CEO of UBI group - B.S. in chemistry with honors from National Taiwan University - Ph.D. in immunology and biochemistry from the Rockefeller University, NY - 120 scientific publications in peer-reviewed high impact journals - 100 issued patents and additional pending patent filings. Tae-Wook Chun , Ph.D. | Scientific Advisor - postdoctoral research work in the Laboratory of ImmunoRegulation (LIR) under Dr. Anthony Fauci at NIAID in 1997. H.E. Dr. Thomas Zeltner, MD, LLM -former Secretary of Health of Switzerland and Federal Department of Home Affairs -co-founder of the Global Patient Safety Forum -member of the Global Agenda Council on Digital Health of the World Economic Forum (WEF). - 2nd pharmaceutical plant in Hsin-Chu aquired from GlaxoSmithKline with 240,000 SF of land and 98,000 SF of multistory manufacturing facilities.
2019 UBI Global Footprint
Currently ‘Vaxxinity Inc’ has literally, after being very transparent thanks to COVID-19, gone dark. If you are not up to reading their prospectus &or a 149 page annual report, the CEO’s 2023 cheesy analogy on Cheddar Media may help:
So really what we do is we may dress the sheep with a wolf’s head and that’ll trigger parts of the shepherd to say, hey, I’ve got to get on alert, and then I mount an attack to protect my herd. And that’s what we do with the immune system.
We literally trick your body into thinking that these things are foreign and thus induce an immune response, induce an antibody response to in fact neutralize some of these.
Or maybe not, the same host interviews the co-founder Reese in 2024 as selling repeated dosing immunotherapies on an annual or quarterly basis to the 50% of the population with chronic dieseases.
4.1 Where did the Dot-com of hcg-int pop up from in 2012!?
Curiously, the hcg-int dot-com domain popped up on 7 Nov 2012, just as the hcg dot-com was discontinued and parked by ‘Huron Consulting Group’. This hcg-int dot-com had a similar look and feel of Healthcare Communications Group ‘persuasive’ medical communications and web tech. However, the HCG ‘agency’ in this instance, stands for Healthcare ‘Consultancy’ Group - ‘An Omnicom Group’ which includes Omnicom Media Group (OMG) and they are so on the Media Pulse!:
HCG has a simple philosophy: Your drug is our client. Our job is to do everything to protect the integrity of the science, the data, and the message.
25 years of specialist-physician relationships and an understanding of what motivates medical professionals to listen and interact, so they can confidently connect with your data.
The current hcg-int dot-com domain ownership details, with a 17 July 2022 update, are registered at ICANN Lookup as HCG at Madison Ave in NY. A 2024 full list of agencies within the Omnicom Group network by winmo includes ‘Healthcare Consultancy Group’ in NY and ‘Omnicom Media Group’ in NY and CA.
Curiously, following the white rabbit down hcg-int’s dot-com ‘Alice of all interactive ad rabbit holes’ from the time of COVID-19 also leads to the ‘sound of Vox doc’ across the pond. We are ‘All in this Together’ afterall, courtesy of hcg-int dot-com - ‘Omni-com Group.’:
Omni- word-forming element meaning ‘all’, from Latin omni-, combining form of omnis ‘all, every, the whole, of every kind’ com- word-forming element usually meaning ‘with, together’ from Latin com, archaic form of classical Latin cum ‘together, together with, in combination’
